Located on the inside rail of the front stretch, subscribers
enjoy the racing while tailgating in a large 12' x 40' reserved

the Steeplechase Ticket Office. All Guests, including children
must wear a Paddock Badge to gain entry. Space accommodates 12

Located above the Withers climbing to a grove of White Oaks with
a reserved 12' x 20' parking space and 4 General Admission badges.

Important Notes to Prospective PSL
Holders:
PSL prices will increase five days after
the 2002 races. Member's Hill, Paddock and the Parade Ring are the
only secured areas of the racecourse therefore, all Guests, including
children, must wear the proper Guest badge to gain entry into these
areas. All reserved and general admission prices increase race week.
Personal tents, pets (leashed or unleased),
open flame cookers or third party catering is not permitted and
will be strictly enforced. Should your category permit a tent, all
tent reservations must be made through the Queen's Cup approved
vendor only. With the exception of our Race Sponsors, banners of
any kind are not permitted. Information so here described, is subject
to change without prior notice at the discretion of Charlotte Steeplechase
Association, Inc. CSA is a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit
organization. Races run for the benefit of local and regional charities.
Annual subscription prices and badge quantities
are subject to change at the discretion of CSA . Once an order has
been placed and secured by credit card, the transaction is considered
to be complete. PSL agreements will be sent within 3-4 weeks from
the transaction date.
A PSL Licensee has the right and obligation
to purchase the related Spring Race Meet's Annual Subscription as
long as the races are managed by CSA at the Property or wherever
location CSA deems appropriate to conduct its Spring Race Meet.
This PSL does not apply to any other event or events which may be
held at the Property from time to time, to include but not limited
to a Steeplechase Fall Race Meet, other equine related venues, concerts,
etc. PSLs can only be sold to a single related parties or individual.
Group names can not be used for the purchase of a PSL. Subscription
for the Spring Race Meet will be mailed to the individual, partnership
or corporation or other organization in whose name the PSL is held.
CSA shall not have any responsibility for subsequent distribution
of tickets or gate passes in the event that they are held for group
purposes.
If Licensee does not purchase its Subscription
by a specified deadline but no later than March 1st of the specified
race year and each year as determined by CSA, the Licensee's PSL
will be terminated, and Licensee will forfeit all monies paid to
CSA and all rights to buy his Subscription associated with the Space
for the Spring Race Meet and all Spring Race Meets that follow.
CSA will have the right to relicense the forfeited PSL with no further
obligation to the former Licensee.
Subject to stated restrictions and by following guidelines established
by CSA, Licensee has the right to transfer by gift, bequest or otherwise
the PSL. There will only be one Licensee for a given Subscription
at any given time. Once a Licensee transfers a PSL, he will no longer
have any rights associated with that Subscription. A PSL may not
be transferred more than once each year except in the case of the
death of the Licensee.

For those wishing to be somewhat closer to the racecourse, Reserved
General Parking in LOT AA is now available (take out..."for
2002"). LOT AA General Admission Reserved Parking can be purchased
for $30 per car only through the Steeplechase office.

NOTE: General Parking and Badges can be purchased in Advance
