For the first time in Steeplechase history, The Charlotte Steeplechase Association, in addition to selling regular spring subscriptions, is also offering for sale the opportunity to purchase Personal Space Licences (PSLs) for most entertainment & tailgating options. The PSLs are being used to retire the construction debt while they guarantee you the opportunity to hold a permanent tailgating space for your family long into the new millennium.
